Motor problem in replacing go kit

I got all my new gaskets in and I’m buttoning up the motor. I turn it on in the shaft isn’t turning. I loosened up the impeller thinking I might’ve Tightened it too much, but even loose, it tightens it self up in the shaft doesn’t spin. Thoughts?
