Missing grout around tiles

I have some missing grout between tiles in my skimmer intake. Can I add grout to fill between the tile without lowering water level? And is this an urgent issue? Is the thinset good enough to keep water from leaking or do I need to repair ASAP?

Welcome to TFP.

E-Z Patch has grout that works underwater and is fast set. It is more difficult to work with so if you can lower the water and apply their regular grout it will be easier.
