I have the MINIMAX NT LN Model NO. 250 using natural gas. There is not any light on the control panel in the front. I check the power going into the heater is 120V. However, I'm not sure where is the transformer to check the voltage. Please help. Thanks.

On the bottom photo there is a rectangular box in the corner. You may have to remove door, but the power is connected in there. Some older models had a small circuit breaker underneath the box
We have a MiniMax NT also, there is an internal power switch on the underside of the control box, is it on?
Yes, I turn on the power switch but still I cannot see any light on the control panel.

All you need to do is check the orange/white 2 pin connector on the board. This is the 24v from the transformer. Might save you from taking apart the heater. it's located as plug #4 from left to right, can't miss it.
