Maytronics A30 Suction

I’ve posted about our dud of a robot before. I’m back because I’m struggling with it yet again. I have the A30 or (Dolphin s300). It’s not picking up anything in the deep end. It still is scaling walls and seems to be grabbing the majority of the dirt in the shallow end, but no luck with the deep end. Is there anything I might be missing or do I have to call customer service again? I’m thinking maybe it’s a filter issue or something? If someone has had similar experience I would appreciate it.

My Active20 has worked great for over 4 years now. Sorry you are having issues.

Are you sure it is "dirt".. If it works in the shallow end, then it makes no sense it would not work in the deep end..

What happens when you brush this dirt with a pool broom?

Yes it’s worms, sand it looks like, sometimes leaves. I’ll reach out to maytronics and see if they have a solution.
