Mastertemp 400 rattle

I have a slight rattle coming from inside the heater. I assume it's the bypass manifold. I will be opening it up to check or change. I plan on changing the thermal regulator at the same time. I already have a new set of o-rings along with most sensors I keep as spares.
Since I'm opening it up is there anything else I should check/change while in there?

Sounds like you've diagnosed the issue correctly....just a matter of taking it apart and seeing what you find. Post pictures if you can so others can see what you've learned. Good luck.

Yes I've seen both. Just wanted to see if there was anything out of the ordinary I may encounter.
