Lost data from last year

This is only my second year using “Pool Math” and I paid for it.

When I went to enter my data to start this season, it had me create a new pool. I also had to “restore” my purchase from last year and could not find any data from last year.

I did switch over to a SWG, but I don’t think that would change anything from the past on Pool Math.

Is this normal?

How did it get fixed? Same problem - I can't seem to access any logs more than a few weeks ago in Pool Math app. I've not tried looking back before, but I was curious to compare current data with same time last year and... nothing! Member for at least 3 years now. Thanks for any ideas to try!

Looking at your logs I’m seeing several years of data. On your device, can you try to pull down to refresh the data?
