Hi all, when I remove the cover on my pump to clean out the basket all of the water drains out and the pump has to re-prime itself when I turn it back on. Is this an air leak somewhere? I don't remember this happening in the past. Any thoughts?
Without a check valve there is nothing to hold water in. If it didnt do it before then maybe you have one and its not working. Moat likely you just never paid attention and it always did it. Not a leak if pump holds prime overnight
