I also found a void on one side of the skimmer that needs to be filled in (lots of ants coming from there). It would be nice if there was something I could squirt into the skimmer crevice to fill it completely. This is the backside of the skimmer and may be contributing to the exposure of the expansion joint since splash out may be leaking down around the skimmer housing in that particular void.

Anybody have recommendations on filling the void in the skimmer and fixing the exposed expansion foam? Also, not sure why the epoxy applied a few weeks ago turned shower corrosion, maybe I needed to be a bit more liberal with it.
