We just passed final inspection and all we have left is picking a finish. My husband and I both don’t like the feel of mini pebble from NPT but got a quote for 8k and they will grind it down, hydrazzo at 13k and Primera stone at 17k, and polished scapes at 20k. I really wanted Primera stone but I can’t rationalize 17k. I want to consider Hydrazzo but am hoping for some real feedback about how it holds up and any issues with chemistry. Appreciate any help!!

My first run of Hydrazoo went for 17 years and was only replaced due to a rusting rebar stain I wanted to get cut out. IT could have gone a few more years.

Second layer of Hydrazoo is now 6 years old and going strong.

Hydrazoo should be a 2 day process with day 1 applying it and day 2 polishing and smoothing it using diamond pads on powered sanders.
