I've had a liquidator for 5+ yrs now. I have a vinyl liner pool so this seemed the easiest route. Didn't want to have to exchange water every few years because of cya buildup and was unfamiliar with salt gens at the time. Well I've been slowly exchanging my water this year due to salt buildup. So bad it leaves deposits from the water fountain overspray on the deck. I also had buildup in the valves and cracked pieces. Tank been fine but I keep it covered with my barbecue cover to protect from AZ sun. The experience has convinced to switch over to a salt generator. Just hoping prices stop going up on those.
