Many of these problems are why I skipped the Liquidator and went with a Stenner Pump. It is shut down now for the winter, but during the swim season I was able to set it and basically forget it. It added the same amount of chlorine day after day. With a couple of weeks of testing/adjusting I had it to the point that FC levels were where I wanted them day after day. As the season wound down and the water cooled my FC levels started rising due to the drop in chlorine demand. I just let the tank run dry and now test/adjust manually during the winter.
