Our AGP had a leak that we have yet to be able to find and we think it may end up needing a new liner. We are planning on moving to a new home in January and considered the possibility of leaving the pool empty and then offering a credit to the buyer for the cost of having a new liner installed. Is this feasible? Can the pool be left empty or will that not work for some reason?

You can NOT leave the pool empty! It needs the pressure of the water to keep the walls from caving in.
