We decided to add a propane heater to our AGP.
Our pool is at our cabin, so we are not there 24/7. usually only there on the weekends.
We have our pool pump attached to a digital timer that controls the on/off times for the pump. We are currently running it 24/7 as we get the pool cleared up from the winter slumber. Generally, we will run it about 12 hours a day, maybe a bit more?
My question is, once we start up the heater(it's a Raypak 156btu heater), will the heater shut down as soon as there is no water flowing through it?
Likewise, will the heater startup again when the pumps starts up again, assuming the water temp is below set point of heater.
