Paver guys tell me now the paver base was never delivered so having that delivered tomorrow, hopefully in the AM so they can start. If not, it will be Friday when thy start pavers and the retaining wall in the back of the Spa...

Pavers guys showed up today as promised, definitely making progress. These guys are artists of their trade..
This all for today, they will be back in the AM to start setting pavers!!

Looks great. Glad you're getting pavers installed. I'm hoping to get mine installed next week.
Do you mind sharing the name of your builder? We're in the midst of getting quotes from Jacksonville-area builders at the moment.
We had interviewed several builders before deciding on who to choose..
We got designs from the following:
Florida Bonded Pools
Renaissance pools
Superior Pools
Martin Pools
Stanley Pools
I heard Blue Haven Is top notch as well.
Are we allowed to disclose who our PB is? Didn't know if there was a forum rule about that or not.

It's not against forum rules to mention your PB by name, however, it's a matter of what you have to say about them. It's best practice to wait until your build is finished to name them, assuming it went well. If you have bad things to say, don't name them.

Quite a bit done over the past week, I was out of town but pavers got finished, cleanup of the pool on Wednesday, Thursday was plaster, today is acid wash and we will be filling up today.
Unfortunately the PB won't be available to do the official startup and turning on the equipment till Tuesday.... I wish I knew how all the equipment worked and I would do it all myself.... I'm so freaking ready to get in this thing
