After much testing of boards, voltages, chemistry, and a chat with my pool installer (not PG), I think I may have found the problem.
I build house and one of the guys that works with me comes by when he's slow and cleans the pool (leaves, brushing it, etc). I had a bag of salt in my driveway and he put it in the pool, making my salinity go way up.
Currently, I'm not getting any errors, but I may have to drain off some water in order to get things back in balance.
Thanks for everyone's help and suggestions. Hopefully this is the end of my saga, but watching closely.
