Jandy valves rebuild

Just rebuilt 1 of 4 Jandy valves in my pool plumbing that was leaking air. That fixed that problem. Since all 4 of my Jandy valves are 30+ years old, I plan to rebuild all of them. On the one I just rebuilt, I replaced the cover, orings and diverter, making it all new except the valve body. Given age of the valves, should I replace all of the guts in the remaining valves, or just the orings?

If I were doing this, I'd replace everything.. It is the same amount of work either way, it is just a little more expensive.

Thanks, Jim. I agree. Prying the cover off, removing and replacing the screws is by far the biggest part of the job. I don't know what a pool company would charge to do this, but seems like a very cost effective DIY project.
