Jandy pool sweep offline

I removed the pool sweep, Jandy 360 Prop Series, to have it repaired. When I attached the pool sweep, I now get a message that it is offline. I have tried to manually start it by putting the system in service mode and pressing the pool filter button, but nothing happens. Do you know where I need to go from here? Thanks.

Are you speaking of a Polaris 360 and a Jandy pump? Please give more information on your system.
