Jandy AquaLink Z4 display needs replacement due to sun damage

Hi folks, the screen on my AquaLink Z4 display has been damaged by the sun making it unreadable. I found this product on the web: Zodiac AquaLink Z4 Interface Assembly Kit R0568302

Is this all I need to repair my screen?

Anybody have experience with installing this? Complicated? Hoping all I need to do is turn off the power, unplug and pop out the old and insert the new....

Do I need to reprogram or re-setup the automation again after installing this screen?

Any advice is appreciated.

According to the reviews the device is plug and play. So it appears to be straightforward to turn off power to system and replace.

Hi Salohcin!

I have the exact same issue with my Aqualink Z4 display and im curious if you were able to purchase and replace your interface. I am on the verge of buying a new controller, which is not cheap. Also I'm thinking about adding some kind of sun shield or cover over the controller and the WiFi antenna or possibly the whole box to prevent this from happening again. Are you looking into possibly installing a sun shield or cover?
