Jacuzzi salt water generator

I have a jacuzzi salt water generator that was installed two years ago. Does anyone have the same brand salt generator? Im having a hard time with my service light staying on. My pressure is fine and my plates are clean. Salt level is also adequate.

What I’m noticing is the service light comes on when the system switches to the positive polarity. If I simultaneously press the up and then arrow, it will force the system to switch polarity and when it’s on negative, the system function without any known issues. Has anyone encountered this before? As you can see, this is a basic salt generator. Just a service light. There isn’t multiple lights to tell you what the specific issue is.
