Seems as though my water level is lower than normal. This area is normally wet but it’s also where the sun is only on it during the morning and not for long so it’s hard for me to gauge whether it’s just overflow water from the skimmer or if I have a leak/problem. Any experienced eyes/thoughts are appreciated.

First things first check all your connections on your equipment. Those hoses are notorious for leaking. After that is eliminated you may need to do the bucket test.
