is this a bearing failure?

The grinding sound started a few weeks ago.It comes and goes when the pump is running at full speed however is always there at start up.
Thoughts?

Your video had no sound on my iPad.

A grinding noise could be the impeller rubbing on the shroud.

Has the pump run dry or overheated?

What model pump is it?

I am not sure what a Tristar pump sounds like at max RPM but nothing sounded unusual to me.
