Is k-2006 still the best kit to get?

Husband was cleaning this winter and unbeknownst to me and left it on our patio. Didn’t survive all the excess rain this winter-ugh! I can either replace all the regents etc or just buy a new K-2006, unless there is an updated one?
Also anyone know a good source for used pool solar panels, ours need replacing. We are in Bay Area, CA.
