That's wonderful! I'm so excited for you! That gives you time to tie up loose ends and be ready to go on the 17th! Get caught up on a few things, so when the plaster and fill come, you can focus on all of that!

I also say to pad it by 3 weeks for a build so I think padding by 1 week for plaster would work here!

Yes we will be doing something like that. A pergola is going in back there too with a fireplace so that will help too
