Intex 12x24 salt water generator

So I finally got my Intex AGP set up. Put in the required amount of salt, ran the pump for 24 hours to dissolve, added lo n slo, stabilizer and shocked the pool. I’m ready to start up the salt water generator. My question is how long do I run it for the initial start up? 8 hours then test?

Does it have an output adjustment? If so, you might try 50% for about 10 - 12 hours or so to see if the FC is holding where you want it then adjust from there. Your % output and pump run time will determine how much FC is produced.
