So my pool will not turn via the Intermatic timer. I bought new off trippers and those too are bending. I have hand tightened them and tightened them with pliers. Both ways the trippers are bending. the new ones I bought go in perfectly normal and then in the morning pool power is still on and tripper is bent. Very confused.

Sounds like the actual switch has a problem. Can you manually turn power on and off with the lever?
That's not what you were supposed to say!
I bet somehow or another the mechanical part of the lever is jamming the trippers. I'd shut the power off and try to watch the trippers engage the lever to see what is happening.
