Intellicenter remote system issue after update

I just updated my Intellicenter last week to the newest firmware and after it updated it stopped allowing me to access my pool remotely from the app. I can still connect locally when I am at the house but that is it.

I tested the internet at the panel and it said it was connected. I logged out and logged back in to my account at the panel and it says I'm logged in. I'm lost as to what to do at this point. Any ideas?

IntelliCenter 1.064 Firmware and New Mobile App IntelliCenter2

Just saw a new FW post on Pentair's web site. I updated and got the new app (IntelliCenter 2). So far so good, update was a breeze (had to use USB). I can report at least I can change schedules without the app crashing. Anyone else try this yet...

the new intellicenter2, app, did you need to make a whole new profile? or were you able to use original intellicentr app login info? Also did you just load the update to a USB and update that way?
