Installing an INTELLIFLOW variable speed pump

On the Rebate form it wants a "Confirmation number" and notes "(Located on Email with form link)"

chief - I'm not finding further information on the $100 rebate - does it arrive with the pump etc? And what is the source of the confirmation number?

I can't help you with that. I got the info re the rebate direct from Pentair. They emailed the link to the form. I filled out the form and sent it in. My rebate came in the mail yesterday. I just checked and that field was not on my rebate form. I suggest you contact Pentair to confirm the rebate and answer any questions. Good luck.

Gasman, I registered on line and they sent me an email that had a number on it. I'm still trying to get the rebate processed. I called pentair last week and will be calling them again today.
