iAqualink Problem

Hello All, I need some help here. Purchased a home and installed a new antenna, got it to connect to the wifi easily and all 3 lights are solid and can confirm by going thru site on computer, HOWEVER on the computer is says online status green and ok but when i try to go into the system it stays waiting to connect.....on the app it recognizes the system but also says it cannot connect to it??!?

Can you get on via computer and not the app? Or you can't get on in either place? On the app, try swiping down (refresh) when it is on the "My Systems" page. If that doesn't work, try logging out and logging back in.

What router and wireless network do you have?

Do you have any firewalls or security blockers on your home network?
