iAqualink not turning on Jandy JRT series heater

I have the that enabled. It flashes. App shows heating or chilling when it should but Jandy JRT will not turn on. If I turn off remote tstat and use manual from heater panel it all works. I should be able to use app and set and forget. Seems like a connection error. Installer won't return phone calls and iaqualink on hold time was 3 hours. Anyone able to help?

Should say tstat enabled. Dang auto correct
