Hey there TFP! It has been a while...

Looking for help connecting to my iAqualink web interface. I've tested with 5 devices in my home:
- iPhone: CAN connect both on Wi-Fi and on cellular
- iPad CAN connect on Wi-Fi
- 3 Windows PCs are STUCK on "Waiting for Connection"
- 2 x Windows 11, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera
- 1 x Windows 10, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera
- Different antivirus and disabled
- both wireless and ethernet
- Windows Firewall Off
- Cleared browsing history / cookies
Any thoughts of what else to try for the PCs?

Thanks in advance!

So you are able to login to the iAquaLink website on the PC to see your pool name, Then when you click on that you get the note on connection. Did you reboot your PC after you turned off your antivirus?

I have found that if you can reboot your router, that has help connect to the iAquaLink system.

Thanks for the reply. I am able to login to the iAqualink on all 5 devices and see the pool name. Status says connected on all. All 3 PCs get stuck on Waiting for Connection. iPad and iPhone have no trouble, and they are on the same network. Rebooting the router did not fix. Two of the PCs are using Bitdefender AV; the third is using Sophos. The iAqualink website is whitelisted.
