Do nothing with your TA. You should have lowered your PH into the low 7's prior to starting the SLAM. It's part if the SLAM Process ?

My PH was lower prior to the slam.

Alright my numbers were good this morning and Chlorine level was still at 14 where I was supposed to be based on last nights CYA level for SLAM process. I did nothing. Now mid day the chlorine level has drifted down but so has my CYA level

As per the CYA chart I should be at 11 for SLAM process and I am. Pool looks a little cloudy but I do not see any algae.

The CYA should not be changing if you are not replacing water ... likely testing error.
