I FINALLY got my SWG installed and running

Since last Monday, I've been running my SWG for 6hrs at 50% and until today, have been having stable FC numbers. Today it dropped 1ppm with the increase in water temp and a bright sunny day. Today's full set of numbers are:
FC--9.0 Will keep the SWG the way it is until it gets down to 5.0 then make an adjustment.
CC--0
PH--7.8
TA--90
CH--90
CYA--80
Salinity--4000 using K-1766 Test kit. The control module was Average 4700 Instant 4800. Still high, but generating chlorine well.
Water temp--75

FC--8.5 I dropped the % down to 40 this morning, But the 8.5 has been the same the last 3 days Anyone have any ideas how that hasn't come down some more? I might turn the cell off tomorrow completely and see what the FC is tomorrow night.
