what needs to be done after a hurricane to my pool which was in great condition, no electricity now, should I dump chlorine in, since my swg is not running...Thanks

Hopefully you've made it thru the storm with minimal damage.
If you haven't had any saltwater or heavy flooding make its way into your pool you should continue treating your pool as you normally would. Remove any wind blown debris as best you can with a net or by hand and maintain your FC levels by adding bleach. When you add bleach without the pump running make sure to give the water a good mixing by brushing the pool. The same goes for any other chemical additions. Hopefully you will have power back before the routine of adding bleach and brushing the pool gets too tiresome.
