Inground 16x32, winter cover on from October to May (today) I drain my pool to a fairly specific spot each year I think. I'd say I was about 4 inches under that. Is that amount of water loss normal?
How much water loss over winter is okay?

Not usually, but we've had some members report that their pools did the same thing this year. Seems to be region/location specific.
