I guess I added too much chlorine yesterday because it went up to 10. Good news is the overnight chlorine test was successful...it was 9.5 this morning. Now just to monitor and dose as needed.

Keep track of that sort of thing. There's a good chance your pool doesn't hold as much water as you think. The rounded corners and the steps will reduce the voume. So if you consistently overshoot when you add bleach or acid, plug a smaller number into poolmath next time. Eventually, you'll undershoot, and you'll be able to go back up and at some point settle on a volume that's within a couple hundred gallons and it will all be so easy to maintain.
