I can't wait for the concrete to be poured, we are so tired of the dogs dragging tons of dirt into the house...
Also decided to go with a diamond pattern in the decking to try and break up all of the lines going the same way. Doing a light broom finish to hopefully keep the kids upright!
Now on the rebar........where are the lifter thingies? Dobes? I am not sure what they are called. they hold the steel off of the ground so it can do it's job of reinforcing the concrete.
The only question I have is if you are concreting wall to wall, where will you wash off dirt/dust to? I have always needed a place to wash this to, like a river rock area that I created for drainage.
Lol, they are still doing ground work because I keep adding things. So they will put them in just before the pour so they don't trip all the time. Good eyes though.
We had one build where they said they would just lift the wire as they do uhhhhh NO! They ended up jack-hammering it all out because it..........cracked BAD! DUH you think? That is why I look for them.
All of the white pipes that have the red tape over them are drains, they are everywhere! That was part of my concern too, also I have a grass dog run on the one side of the house...
PRETTY! What color of grout are you going to use? White? off white? gray? black? They have sample stick of grout colors so you can see how each color will look. You know we will help you pick it out LOL
