hooks for pool net or cover

we moved in to a house w a pool, it currently has a few thousand leaves on the bottom...
i realize tgey left us some net, looking at it i dont see hooks. around the pool i see what might be anchors...
can anyone tell me what to buy to secure the net to the anchors?
they also left a cover, but i need to clean all the leaves and chemical work before closing the pool i guess it will take a few more weeks.

i didnt take photo of the cover but it has huge long metal hooks w something that looks like a spring around them.

The inserts in the deck are for the cover. The net doesn’t appear to have anything for that. Maybe just need to use some rope

It says open & close
You need a hexagon tool to open aka raise the bolt that the cover hooks on to
They are currently “closed” (screwed into the anchor) so you don’t step on them.
