Hi All - Thanks for accepting me to this group. You guys are a fountain of knowledge and that is why I joined. While I am no handyman, I look forward to finding solutions to any issues with my pool. My current situation is my Intermatic timer has stopped. I hear that it is running but not moving the dial. I have looked at some of the solutions in TFP and will try them before replacing. I have to add that it is probably 18 years old, and we live if Florida, so it is always on.

Depending on the model of the timer, you can purchase the clock only mechanism on Amazon for under $90. It is a easy switchout and maybe better then trying to troubleshoot all the little gearing.
