I was wondering if anyone has had a problem with the HLX power supply.
We had a huge storm a few weeks ago and the next morning the control screen was dead. After following instructions I found out that the HLX power supply had failed. 120v going in and only 4.5v coming out instead of 12v. I finally found one on the internet for about $500, or at least I thought I had, but after purchasing I found out it was on back order.
My question is, can my old unit be repaired, if so where, or does anyone know where I can get a replacement part now?
