High free Chlorine, high chlorine, but low cyanuric acid

Have had my pool open for about a week now and I have high free Chlorine, high chlorine, but low cyanuric acid levels. My pool is quite cloudy but not green. Not sure what's up?
In-ground, about 40,000 liters.

What do you mean by high? Have you added any CYA? If not, your pool won't have any.

What test kit do you have?
