I had my pool opened the other day and turned my hayward salt cell on and it starts up for about 20 seconds and then the check salt and check cell lights come on and stay on. When it is operating it’s showing about 1100 for the salt. Is it an issue with the controller or the cell, any ideas would be appreciated
