Help with damaged plaster

Thank you. Good suggestion. I was thinking 67.6 ounces, but that of course is 2 liter bottle. Stupid me.

I feel pretty good that the tumors in the wall have been diagnosed. Are there any thoughts out there as to what the particulate might be? I've had suggestions of:
DE
Calcium leached from the plaster or water
Plaster dust
Sloughing from electrodes on salt cell

I'm not sure what calcium would be leaching from the plaster or water given chemistry largely in balance.
Not sure why plaster would or even could create plaster dust 2 years after install.
Haven't had the chance yet to decouple salt cell and look at it to see if electrodes are covered.
