I need some help, facing a major headache with our 35,000 gallon pool. I have dropped roughly 50 lbs of Chlor Brite,15 jugs of liquid chlorine, drained/ refilled roughly 4000 gallons of water and cleaned the cartridge in the last 8 days. However the pool is not able to hold onto any chlorine even after all the shocks/ liquid chlorine. Please see the test results below, I also tested with my Taylor Test kit and the color is within the 0.5 - 1 range. Please kindly provide some suggestions or guidance. Thank you.

Post the results from your test kit. The chlorine test is done with powder that turns the sample pink if theres chlorine in the water. The other chlorine test is less accurate.
