Heatpump purchase opinions wanted

I would like to order a 140BTU HP this week. I have Pentair equipment including an Easy Touch panel that I use to control a VS pump and IC unit, no other automation. I'd like the Easy Touch to work with the HP for scheduling control through their software. I'm attracted to the Hayward HP21404t by reputation, warranty, and price over the 140BTU Ultratemp models. I've browsed through the posts on this topic and cannot find any reason that the UltraTemp will have an advantage on the Easy Touch systems or provide better integration over the Hayward. Did I miss something??? Would anyone choose the Pentair ($600-700 more) or another brand over the Hayward?

Nope, the Hayward heat pump will work fine with the Easytouch.

The Max Flow rate on the Hayward says 75 gpm, whereas the Ultratemp is 120 gpm. I know that my pump/plumbing is capable of sending 100+ gpm to the heater, but would I want it to send more than 75 gpm?
