Big winter storm here last week..sub freezing Temps for a week.
Dumb move that I didn't drain the heater as its leaking now when I run the pump.

Any guestimate what a replacement job + labor will cost?
(Tdying to avoid getting gouged)

I saw one on amazon for 900 ish, but saw posts a few years back for 600.

Lars lite2 Lj 250N heater.

Found a non cupro nickel exchanger for $ 750.

But this gets me thinking, for roughly double the cost I can just get a new Raypak 266 btu heater.

The Laars is very old and not as efficient. It's sooner than I would like to have done this, but
that's what I get for not being quick when I knew it was going to be sustained below freezing weather.

Does anyone else have the Raypak 266 btu heater?

Does it have onboard power and timer to run the pump? My laars has that option board installed/configured.

The existing gas line i have for the Laars (250 btu) should be sufficient, correct?

And would the existing power work as well?

I'm considering this one
