Hi, I've got a Hayward Power Vac, I've had issues with the quick connection prongs breaking off. Is this a common failure point? I think I've replaced it once and been using it with some poorly devised way to keep the vacuum attached to the pole. Anyway, the last prongs snapped off today while cleaning. Is there a better way to connect it? The vacuum head seems to work great and is only 1.5 years old, so I'd hate to toss it.

That does look like it is a weak area. What shame it keeps breaking. I wonder if some JB Weld would make it stronger?
