Hayward GVA-24 actuators not working

Hello,

I am having an issue with the GVA-24 actuators not working (no movement when flipping the switch). Both of them used to work but neither one of them works now so it's probably not an actuator (component) failure. Any idea how to troubleshoot this? I have run the latest firmware upgrade and see no alerts.

What automation system are you using? Actuators are universal and can be on any brand.
There should be a fuse on the circuit board. It may have blown.
