Our hot tub remote has gotten so dim we can barely see the info and buttons on the screen. We have tried to increase the backlight but it does nothing. It’s not a battery problem because the battery is good and it’s the same problem whether in the cradle, plugged in, or off the cradle using battery power. Any ideas about how to resolve?
