Heard a podcast tonight with the CEO of HASA. He talked extensively about their support of pool professionals and a bit about the advantages of using liquid chlorine. 
Anyway, he didn't say anything at all about HASA selling to the retail customer...just that HASA supported the pool professionals. I thought I had seen on this forum that some folks did buy their chlorine at HASA. Just curious about how that works?
