Green Swamp-Not Improving !

Water is clear but every morning I have patchy algae spots on the floor. Keeping FC around 12 and CYA is still 25. Algae looks light green to yellow. Mustard algae? Some spots are narrow lines. When I brush it looks like a cloud so its something. Any ideas? Got pump fixed. Needed a bearing and ceramic seal and cover. Also got someone over to repair the leak. Just need to get rid of the last little bit of algae. It has been windy and leaves are getting in the pool. Keeping the solar cover off so I can see whats going on. Any advice would be appreciated.
are you still losing chlorine overnight? It might just be debris from plants that settles in the same spot due to the setup of your water flow in the pool.

If you aren't brushing daily at least once and running the pump 24/7 it won't be nearly as effective.
